I really enjoyed my stay, especially after the staff quickly moved me to a quiet room when the traffic noise was too much. The live music and cozy garden area made for a relaxing evening. Just a heads up, the stairs are a bit steep, so if that's an issue, you might want to check in advance! 😊

Solid stay with good food
Had a decent 2-night getaway. Room was clean but super noisy facing the street—def not for light sleepers! Fortunately, the staff helped me switch to a quieter spot after I asked. The bar area was cool, and the food was tasty. Just wish the service was a bit quicker at breakfast.

Lovely spacious room and the staff were ever so helpful! Even got a late checkout for our wedding prep. Cozy vibes, friendly chats, and a giant comfy bed to collapse into after the festivities.
Though, do bring your own coffee, or you might be left brewing disappointment! And a DJ blasting like it's New Year's Eve at midnight? Charming, but not so much for napping!

Noise disturbances from nearby venues!!! The steep stairs were difficult to navigate, and the blocked fire exits raised safety concerns!!! Not to mention the lack of toiletries upon arrival!!!

I stayed at The Swan in Clitheroe for one night and had a mix of good and bad experiences. Arriving at the hotel, I was immediately welcomed by friendly staff, which set a positive tone. The room I had, a Superior King Room, was spacious and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed that made for a decent night's sleep. The breakfast served in the morning was quite tasty, and it was clear that the staff were generally friendly and enjoyable to interact with. I encountered a few issues that could use some attention. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. the carpet could have used a good vacuuming, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. the noise from the bar below was disruptive, especially since it was a busy night with a significant event. This made it hard to get to sleep until quite late. while the staff were kind and the meal enjoyable, the cleanliness and noise issues detracted from the overall experience.
